Why does our production company have a comedy page?
Plain and simple, we love making people laugh. And hey, doctors and scientists have proven that laughter makes the world a better place. We enjoy working with companies and individuals who share that same enthusiasm. From a business perspective, comedy is one of the easiest ways to engage with audiences and expose products and brands in fun and entertaining ways. At the Neat Factory, that’s what we call a good, old-fashioned win-win.
What does The Neat Factory know about making people laugh?
Our core team first met over 10 years ago while performing at a 178-seat downtown Denver comedy theater located in Colorado’s first brewpub. Collectively we have performed in over 3,000 live comedy shows. Shortly after we began performing together, we started making comedic shorts for a YouTube channel. We managed to get ourselves YouTube famous, not to be confused with actual fame, amassing millions of views. This led to our creative partnership with New York’s Above Average Productions, the digital arm of SNL’s Broadway Video.

Neature Walk
Our YouTube video series featuring nature (aka ‘neat’ure ) lover Lenny Pepperbottom and his cameraman, Rodney.
“Lenny Pepperbottom desperately wants to be a naturalist and host of his own nature program. The trouble is, Lenny doesn’t really know anything about nature, except that it’s “neat!” He’s also enlisted a less than stellar film crew, seeing as his crew consists of one friend named Rodney who has very questionable film and production skills.”
Neature Nuggets
A Neature Walk spin-off where Lenny Pepperbottom and Rodney are at it again. This time the fellas are offering valuable nuggets of information to keep in mind when exploring neat things in nature.
